We provide digital products (including eBooks), online courses, and group programs (“Services”). These Services are for educational and informational purposes only.

All content provided is general nutrition and lifestyle education. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for individualized care from a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your physician or other healthcare professional before making dietary, lifestyle, or medical decisions.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • All purchases are final sale.

  • Due to the digital nature of ebooks, courses, and group programs, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through our Services, including text, videos, graphics, workbooks, and other content, are owned by Seasoned Nutrition and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, sell, or otherwise exploit our materials without prior written permission.

5. Access and Conduct

  • Access to online courses and group programs is for the registered individual only. Do not share your login information.

  • In group programs, you agree to be respectful and not share inappropriate, offensive, or promotional content. We reserve the right to remove participants for disruptive conduct without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seasoned Nutrition and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our Services. Your participation is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

8. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website, with the effective date noted above.
